Sadly I was stuck in a loop of leaving... only to return when I couldn't find other places to be social. My pretty much losing my 20s to being sick and trying to start like having a social life around age 29 probably is mostly to blame for why I couldn't break out of that cycle. Most people my age were already settled in connections and circles.

Yeah, the outsider among outsiders sucks. So many 'welcoming and accepting' spaces did not mean me.

I glad you managed to get out of all that.

I can handle weird, but there is a difference between that and having no concept of boundaries or thinking the world needs to cater to you.
