How gritty it used to be was amazing, commuter hub of the city and they just didn't clean the windows for decades. It's no wonder NYC inspired so much grimdark media about cities just collapsing. It's beautiful now. The food hall under it is all luxury food booths and on the upper terrace behind me in the first shot is an Apple store, just out on a terrace with no walls. It's an insane difference.
