Yeah, rest and limiting reps is key. Effort does not equal result. And these days it's so much harder to wade through anything. The hard part is ramping up slow and keeping with it. Shows and culture and socmed will have you think it's about pushing in an individual workout, when really it's the drive to stay the course.
