Because my PT is going so well, I mean the exercises not the actual appointments because I still haven't been able to get back in, I went a bought a scale.

Hiking Above Multnomah

Multnomah Falls is our most popular tourist spot. But if you hike up above Multnomah Falls there is more to see. I did the full Multnomah-Wakeena loop with a side trail to Wakeena Springs. The group went fast to my pictures aren't great, they were nabbed on the run, one of the literally. I hope to do a more leisurely hike there soon and get proper pictures. It was 5 miles and 1600 elevation gain.
