I've been going through my place and putting all wool into plastic bags. I am trying not to think of the sheer cost of what I need to replace. I am also trying to not think about how some of the felt around here, including a felt scarf, was handmade by me. Taking up felting as a hobby is likely what lead to overexposure and therefore the allergy. I don't seem to be bothered by older wool, so hopefully it's just the lingering lanolin and my stuff just needs a few washings to be safe for me to use again. But for now I need to de-wool my space and air it out.
I also have two bins of merino wool fiber and a case of felting supplies. I guess those go into storage for now.
