My Dad died this morning.
Hasn't really hit me yet. This is going to be tricky because, well, family fuckery.
Dad went to the West Coast dozens of times in the past few years. He has a place out there and sort of lives in both places. During all those trips he never made time to visit me or asked me down. So, I haven't seen him in years. All I have left for family are people who wouldn't speak to me after my medical crisis because medical stuff makes them uncomfortable.
The first time my aunt willingly spoke to me since then was the call I just got telling me my Dad passed.
