(Okay but seriously, the people who ran the conventions who enabled those scams have denied to my face they ever allowed that shit and first I'd need to start collecting hard copies of con books off of eBay because I've checked the OFSCI deleted their own online archive of past con programming. Please Dan Olson or someone do a video out of nowhere or I someday I will tackle this out of sheer spite)

I was honestly a little freaked out by seeing the video pop up. Seriously, what?

I would love to make that video, but I don't know if it was well documented enough. Some of the people who enabled or supported it now deny it ever happened

Ugh, it sucks that the record of it may be so hazy/difficult to find. (It's awful when people just... pretend a thing they were involved with didn't happen. First person accounts are great... but only if those people are willing to be honest.) Like you said, scouring for old con programs or something could provide some proof, depending on what went into them, particularly with digital records having been removed.

I should at least stash what info I have somewhere and what memories I have somewhere.

That's a good idea. Having somewhere to put the information you have, and what you remember, plus somewhere you can always add additional information should you come across any evidence or the like. Particularly something that may be hard to track info down... best to have what you CAN find and recall in a central location.

Yeah, I've got about a dozen things where I need to get information organized and pin down stuff while I still can. But, just need to work on it a bit at a time. Kinda like how organize fandom info in a bunch of places, need to do that with a bunch of non-fandom stuff

I am not sure. My attempts to find it there bore no fruit, but I might need to find the right time window.

What I really want is an account of events besides my own and maybe a picture of the display outside the panel room.
