After 14 years, the lefse food cart near me has closed. I went and it turned out their last day was yesterday.

Weirdly, the food cart pod on Foster is being replaced by... a food cart pod on Foster. I guess the building that was supposed to do in fell through. Sucks for the carts that got their leases ended and had to move.

Oh, that's so sad that they couldn't figure it out for the previous food cart owners after things fell through. So it goes.

It's so weird to see 'food carts coming soon' on what is now a blank lot with the plantings, bathrooms and awnings demolished.
