* One thing that has fallen by the wayside HARD with how busy I've been is Guild Wars 2. Was there a patch today? I don't even know. I can't even tell you how in the loops I was on all the things for so long and now... just... I don't have the time or brain. What is a DPS rotation? (GW2 has rotations that aren't just hard mentally, but the actual physical input rate is hard on hands)

* Want to pay $99 for a used Carhartt shirt that is currently available new for $40? Then I've got the thrift store for you! I am not even kidding. Listen, for just 59.99 you can say 'oh this, I thrifted it' I might go back and take a picture. Finding used stuff selling for more than new has always been a thing in Portland, but thrifting is having a moment right now for various reasons and a lot of thrifting content is going viral. But Portland is just so... Portland.
* Trying to rebuild my wardrobe with the stores in this town and also being very intentional with what I buy and where I spend my money is a whole thing. The stores here are so anemic, just not a lot of clothes per square foot. Even large ones don't have a lot of selection. I am actually going to Seattle this week to go shopping. Hopefully that helps a bit.
Can't I just rent Tan France for a day? Having someone go 'here are clothes that suit you' would save me so much time and money, even if it cost a good bit. I have added a few things to my closet at least. I might post when I get back from my day trip, and after a certain package arrives. I am trying very hard to be selective and not just fall prey to 'I should buy this because it's at least okay and what if I regret not having an at least okay thing?'

But congrats on finding at least a few things that you like! I know the feeling of being torn between "waiting for the right piece" and "this is good enough."
