I am not getting my main Ghost Forest gallery done tonight

But I made a separate gallery for my Lensbaby shots. Lensbabies are deliberately screwed up lenses designed to create strange effects and flaws in your photography. They are also a local company. I thought my Lensbaby would be good for shooting a ghost forest.

My main gallery is still sadly in progress, but here are the Lensbaby shots.

Neskowin Ghost Forest

Sorting these pictures was a mess. On one hand they had cool things in them and I didn't want to cut any. On the other hand, the sheer amount of people meant I couldn't get the shots I wanted without tons of people in them. Looking at these pictures I can see in my mind's eye the ten times better shot that was possible. So I sort of love and hate all these pictures. My main gallery is there, but there will also be more shots below the cut.

The shoots were also exhausting because I was walking on sand and I have no sense of balance. I have good core stability, but no balance. I was walking for miles over an unsteady surface carrying camera gear and coffee. I'd get back to my tiny studio mentally exhausted and crash on the murphy bed.



I planned to do a lot more in Neskowin, including hike into Cascade Head, but both my body and brain were like nope, you are going to sleep a lot.
