I walked for a few hours in the rain last night. Nothing like overgrown, broken mossy sidewalks in the rain.
I went in a beeline for this house because I have a theory that the red lights were just for Halloween and want to see if it has other lighting patterns. I'd been meaning to go a few times. Last night I finally did it and... the lights where off. I am going to have to check it a few times. It's hard because it's pretty far. If I want to see anything new on my journey, I have to vary my route in ways that adds a lot more time. I mean, it's only about a 6 mile loop and some of my longer photowalks are 7-8, so I just need to get into more of a groove of longer photowalks again. That shouldn't be a big deal. I just got into the habit of 3-5 mile ones after December when I went sedentary for a bit due to first icy sidewalks and then dealing with a foot injury. But, it's past time to get back into longer walks.
I am just overly wary of wearing myself out.
