Aug. 7th, 2022 11:15 pm* My sunburn from like 2 weeks ago is just now peeling. WTAF did I do to myself? Between heat and sunburn I've been blecky in the evenings way too often. I've check that I wasn't running a fever just in case a few times. Today was another 100+ day but things should calm back down after this.
* I need to get back to wring, but I've just been watching stuff if it's too hot. I finished Sandman. I've started Uncoupling, the new Patrick Neil Harris show. I finished Strange New Worlds season 1, and season 2 finished filming recently. I'll post more about SNW at a point but wow, amazing season. Ethan Peck is a good Spock.
* I have lots of audiobooks to finish. Just, not enough time to consume all the media I want to. It takes time! I sadly cannot audiobook and walk with any headset I have, and any noise cancelling enough would probably be a safety hazard. Guess who nearly got run down the other night by a bicyclist on a sidewalk? The cyclist just charged blindly around a corner... on a sidewalk! It was a nice bike, too. It wasn't someone on the fringes of society, it was just an entitled asshole that nearly smacked into me. Music good while walking sometimes, but audiobooks are no.
