Tesla down 69% year to date. Nice. (It hit -69% yesterday but bounced up a third of a percent by close. Today it was there at close). I still hope for breaking the $100 barrier this year!

My unit is fine, but the sprinklers are going off in some neighbor's units. I've put together a grab'n'go bag in case I get indoor rain as well. Hopefully not? I backed up my documents and they in a drive in my bag, which is waterproof.

I can hear that water gushing, which is disconcerting. It's a lot.
