I walk this city a lot and I finally have to admit that the promoted news stories I keep seeing are right: Portland has become a hellscape. Lurking zombies in such a nice part of town 💔

Found some cool stuff. Might reshoot some. The lighting was just wonky on some. I did have a diffuse light source I carried with me, but I died. I hate flashes, but I like having a persistent moveable light source. It really helps the shot. I just need to find one that doesn't suck.

I'm so fed up with all the "is Portland over" crap. things aren't ideal right now, but a pandemic & major protesting can do that - things will sort themselves out eventually, and while it'll be different from to years ago, Portland will rise from the proverbial ashes

Yeah, it's really annoying. It's just what I thought of when I saw the zombies, that it reminded me of the ads I keep getting.
