Ah, the lovely streets of Portland:

"Open"

Same kitty as from the Cats Staring At Me post, but a different shot:

I almost cut this last shot for two reasons. One, the whole yard was just covered in plastic, mostly those planters. Cluttered yards like that I tend to skip. And there is, no joke, a shop selling doll heads turned into planters just down the block, just dozens of cabbage patch dolls and barbie dolls and others. Actually, the shop window might have been the better shot.

The doll head planters are very interesting, haha. I wonder if they sell a lot!

Date: 2022-02-06 01:24 am (UTC)From:I don't know why the cafe was boarded up. We had a real window smashing problem for a while and my grocery store and a lot of other places just gave up on trying to have windows for a long while. Most places are back to having windows... mostly. One grocery store near me redid their window walls to just have it be wall now.
I don't see the doll head planters around a lot, but I see some.

But... is the cafe open???
What a pretty kitty!
Ah, creepy dolls.
