* I have both posted the next chapter of Still Here, but also started a second WIP on my other AO3 account. The jot of two accounts is no one can tell I am juggling multiple WIPs... unless I tell them like I'm doing now.
On TheDeepGreen I am writing my plotty, more serious fic. On MangoTea I am writing... vibes? It's a 6+1 with a lot of vibes and as much 80s reference as I want.
* The week of 100 degree weather starts tomorrow, so I am trying to write as much as I can today. Next week might suck, but it should cool off each night and as long as I actually take care of myself rather than sit in a lump and go 'this is fine, I can take it' I should be okay. My plan for next week is to get through as much of the audiobook of Stephen King's The Talisman as I can.
* Tumblr keeps wanting to give me spoilers for The Stray as suggested posts. I'm only an hour in! I have writing to do! And my gaming laptop might be awesome but it produces HEAT when playing games.
* Some alt-right shitheads who spend a lot of time discussing gender on reddit have been brigading the Stranger Things subreddit whenever Damien Echols comes up, arguing either that he's guilty or arguing that even if he didn't do that murder the police had good reason to think he was a serial killer and we were better off with him locked up. Then they go back and delete all their comments so when you check their history it's less obvious that they are spending all their time trying to still go after a victim of The Satanic Panic... when not involved in Trans Panic bullshit.
But, yeah, that is about what I expect of reddit. Between seasons that sub becomes hot garbage.

Ugh. Triple digits is too damn much. The much cooler temps that were forecast for the week have been brought up, but we should stay in the low 90s or maybe upper 80s. I think today was maybe the first non-90 degree day in the last couple weeks? We'll see what it end sup doing.
I hope you can stay cool. It's fucking miserable when you have to fit everything into a few tolerable hours at night when it finally gets cool enough to think.
Fucking Reddit.
