* I've been enjoying the nice air quality so far this summer, but it just took a turn... No... I want a nice fall!
* It's happened a few years that' I've gone 'Yes, fall and spoopy season is best. I am going to go super extra hard on taking pictures' and then that doesn't happen because the air is bad or I am sick. IIRC last fall was actually very wet and I was loving it, but then I got sick. So, I was very happy to start seeing yard pumpkins and halloween decor with nice air and feelin' fine... but now I can see the haze. I hope it stops and we have a rainy, rainy fall.
* I haven't been having a battery drain problem with my camera recently. I don't know if it was a settings thing that I fixed or if the problem was related to me leaving on the superzoom lens and that causing a drain somehow... but either way it seems to be okay now? I still want to replace my camera, but it feels less urgent. Honestly, right now the problem is my tablet that I use for editing. I need to put some time into pulling files and doing some other stuff to see if I can salvage it. It's a Surface and those are notorious for not lasting at all, especially the ones from when when I bought it. I think mine is 6 years old which is like 3x the lifespan of that model. And yet I would like at least another 4 please and than you.

Though boo on the tablet having problems.

Date: 2022-09-01 06:48 am (UTC)From:I've been keeping the tablet limping along for a while. Pulling most of the data off it seems to have helped for now? I think it's still on it's slow way out, but hopefully I can slow that as much as possible.
