The words 'you need to consider that YOU are the common factor in all these situations...' ugh. Logically, I know it makes no sense and studies are showing that isolation and loneliness are skyrocketing problems, but there is no way to talk about the issues for a number of reasons.

Also, maybe Portland got more than it's fair share of the really tumblr-addled set. Lots of nerds moved here when I did, maybe some where strange and some where just boundary-less people looking for validation.
