Everything is terrible
Oct. 1st, 2022 10:55 pm* This is the 3rd time Discord has sent an image to the wrong server. Nothing horrible has happened because of it yet, but I am done. I got very used to using discord to send images to myself. It is not me messing up or drunk posting, it's me going 'send to my server' and it sending a sketch of someone flashing sock suspenders to one of my gaming guilds.
I am choosing to believe I deleted it before anyone saw it. I am probably wrong, but I am choosing to believe!
Discord was a great way to organize and store my own content but nope, I need to change tactics. It's fine on desktop, but not for sending from my phones or tablet.
* In other news I did my drawtober for today and it was someone flashing sock suspenders for the word 'socks'. Very messy, proportions are bad. But I'm just getting some of the rust off. It's useful because I am working on a feet drawing for a different, totally normal reason.
* I need to finish this one fic this weekend and ... how is it Saturday? What happened to Friday?
* B Dylan Holis has done a video on a recipe I remember from being a kid, which must mean I am too old to live. I'd post a link to him doing ice cream cone cupcakes but it was a short so I can't search properly and also I am 99% sure it was one of many channels reposting his stuff for $$$ Since it was a short and not a proper video I didn't notice. I try to avoid the tip off people as much as possible.
Also, if you've never seen a B Dylan Hollis video you are in for a treat. He recreates most depression era and mid century recipes. He posts primarily on tiktok but now also posts some to youtube just to try to stem the flood of content theft. Looks almost all his stuff got converted to shorts, so here is his short on peanut butter bread

I've sometimes gone to youtube and my reccs post is literally 5 or more channels reposting his content.
