Normally, I start these post with some pics I think are eye-catching to help lure people into clicking that cut tag... Not this time. This time I am starting with a visual explanation of 'navigating Alameda Ridge at night'. This is not the only way though, but the ways without stairs are nearly as steep in parts so this is the easiest and most direct way:







If you like urban hiking, you can do the Alameda Ridge Route where you hit all the stairs deliberately. I've done it a few times, but not recently.

Upcoming Things

* Leverage Season 2 trailer and the release date reveal of November 16th!

Wait. *does math* November is right after October, right? And I'm supposed to have Fake Dating On A Train done before S2? It's fine... I can do this... everything is fine...

* Victoriocity is getting a 3rd season! I didn't know this was happening. I'd have kicked into their kickstarter. It's a steampunk audiodrama that does not end on cliffhangers or pull the BS that 99% of them do. Season 1 was great. The little side adventures and one-shots they did were great. I actually wasn't that into Season 2, but I am still psyched for S3, esp since it's been a while.

I guess not knowing about Victoriocity is a side effect of my big twitter slim down when it looked like Musk was buying it. I tried to track down accounts I actually wanted to re-follow, but I knew I missed some.
