* Tim Downie's podcast project
Folklands is good so far, even though I am just a half episode in.
The official description is "A journey in the hidden corners of England and its folklore with writer/actors Tim Downie and Justin Chubb." I don't want to judge a new podcast by just half an episode, but it's way more interesting than I expected.
It's also funny because while other BG3 voice actor's did a separate voice for the character, for Gale Dekarios, they just went with Tim's natural voice and intonations. So it literally sounds like Gale talking about magic symbols. And... and...
* BG3 fandom is huge but I have no good place to like hang with anyone in the fandom. I was in a Bloodweave discord but got a ping that read 'To accommodate all our lovely systems we've installed pluralkit' and I hit 'leave server' so fast.
* But like even a half hour of that podcast and talking about builders just taking strange protective items from walls so projects are delays has urban fantasy plot bunnies popping in my head I need to write some down tonight.
* Also, I think Tim usually plays very annoying characters on various British TV shows, like Good Omens for example, and it's going to be very weird looking back at some and going 'Gaaaaale'
* In NOT BG3 related stuff, I need to find a good horror movie to watch. It's October. Hrmm... I also may replay Scarlet Hollow and do a booksmart run. Actually, the next chapter is coming out soon enough that a refreshed might not be bad.
* In other Octobery news I am trying to also work a bit on my drawing projects and man, getting the rust off is painful. I am just trying to do sketches and not push myself too much. If I complete 2 drawings I will be happy.
