I wonder how to even get a hold of Korean TV shows? The days of well organized Mega-Upload piracy is likely gone.

An NYT article links to Viki.com for streaming, so hopefully it's a legit site. Hopefully they get Leverage. K Dramas are popular, so hopefully there are fans who can provide how to watch guides.
