Prompt 1: Red
Red is a strong color that is associated with a variety of things including: courage, power, glory, love, passion, inner strength, romance, sensuality, defiance, tenacity, violence, life, pleasure, fire, and revolution.

I am going to post pictures with red! I've actually been trying to diversify my photography colorwise. Most of my photography is greens and browns because I'm a landscape photographer in Oregon. I am trying to get more reds and purples into my files of photos. I still have very little. Here is some red:

The red cockpit with green in the window screams danger. Is it a helicopter?

The Creepy’s sign is so perfect. The font, the low red light softly illuminating the dark pool hall.

The Toast sign brightly painting a dark picnic table is also wonderful.

The dinosaurs are nostalgic for me. Is it a terrarium set up of some sort?

KITTEH. What a regal angel baby.

The cockpit is a plane in the woods. A guy lives in it, but sometimes it's s stage.

The dinos are part of a garden on an elevated post in someone's yard near here.

their menu is limited, but includes some good stuff. I hope you find some stuff you can enjoy! checking their site, it looks like they might be opening soon; when they do, I think I'll try to get there again

Lovely pictures, the popsicle one has such a summertime feeling, that cat is gorgeous, and the toast one feels like there needs to be a backstory, like why do they have a florescent sign of Toast, was there such demand for toast at nighttime they had to find a way to let every one know they have some? I feel like that photo would make a writing prompt.

I love pictures that have a narrative and/or creepy feel to them. I posted some pics I thought would make great writing prompts a while back :)

There's just something about neon signs glowing at night. Love how you captured the light reflecting off the tables from it.

These are beautiful.

Seeking red in Oregon: I would look for flowers, insects, birds, rocks, and other bits of nature. Sunset and sunrise are worth chasing but very hit-or-miss. If you enjoy people-watching, however, red is a popular color especially for date nights. You'll see it in red-white-blue for July 4 and red-green for Christmas.
