Monster houses are fun, but hard to shoot. The teeth tend to be felt pennants and they kinda disappear when backlit. They are clearer in person due to paralax, but hard to shoot. Still, this was cute:

A Portland sidewalk made into a tunnel by greenery:



I am trying to shoot the sidewalks as much as possible, but they aren't capturing what it's like in person. This isn't a great pic, but I am going to keep wacking at this project until I manage to get some good ones.

cool photos! that first spooky decoration is awesome. and I've always loved those leafy green tunnels made of some sidewalks by lush growth.

I love the tunnels, but they are hard to shoot in a way that is clear and has good composition. If I had a person to stick in them, they'd make a lot more visual sense. So I am just working at it until I figure them out.
