I had (part of) a Gigantic beer

I had the Poison Waters Beermosa, a tangerine and pineapple sour. Poison Waters is Darcelle's successor and had been co-hosting the drag review for a while Darcelle passed. Gigantic did the Darcelle's blonde IPA, but I never got a hold of any of the releases. But, I did drink to her chosen successor. Solid beer, not as strong a fruit flavor as I expected, but it drank well. They also did a Unipiper beer a while back, but I didn't try it.

They did still have two cans of the Mill's End Park Irish Red Ale and I snagged one. (Tiny park, so leprechauns... it was their St Paddy's Day release)

Tangerine and pineapple sounds good, though I'd maybe be disappointed it wasn't fruitier. But I'm glad it was good anyway!

They have a brewpub near me so I'm glad I checked them out, but not surprised it was a bit mid since they do a lot of like... gimmicky beers. I've going to try them a few more times and see if the other beers are better. Though it was a good beer, just it did not taste like a citrus sour.

Ah yeah. Gimmicky stuff definitely usually seems to land at mid.

But I'm glad it was good, even if it wasn't exactly what it was supposed to be! And I'm glad you got to check them out.
