Mar. 2nd, 2021 01:24 pmI was lethargic and my knees felt weird last night so I didn't want to go walking, but I knew if I did I'd feel much better. My knees and brain felt much better just 10 minutes in.
I found some work by Regional Memesmith! He's currently the most active and well knowing street/yard artist and I *think* one of old shots is his early work. But I am not sure. This is definitely him tho:
I've been trying to shoot with different lenses. It's hard because my big zoom lens is just so useful. I have a lens with tight depth of field, but it's a somewhat long lens. (translation - I can make pretty pictures but I have to stand yards away and it's way harder to do a composition without like trash cans and stuff getting in the way.) I am really itching to pick up maybe a 17mm prime. Logically, I should buy a tighter DoF 25mm lens, but I really love that my current 25mm is a cheap refurb. I sniped it in a sale and most of my best shots are from it. So I just can't bring myself to upgrade it. It's just so satisfying that my best shots are from a lens I picked up for a song. Both that and my Lensbaby Composer I managed to get for very little.
