Jan. 21st, 2024 01:24 pm* There have been a few dramas in the world of death care since Ask A Mortician went on sabbatical and I'd wondered if any would pull her back for a moment. Turns out this Harvard selling body parts story did just that.
* Stranger Things is finally filming and seeing one picture of S5 Steve is really pulling me back in. But, I need to unfollow the tag and leave some SThings spaces, etc. The leaks scene around the show is unreal. People on reddit are talking about how they'll have drone footage over some of the filming locations, hopefully while in use, soon. JFC, y'all, chill. Also, does no one remember the fake leaks from last year? The Eddie-in-handcuffs pictures were staged, as were some others, to muddy things. People are already going overboard.
Some people were surprised to see Mike with short hair, since him growing it out was a reflection of his bond with Eddie and he's had a total lack of male role models in his life. A lot of people assume he chose to cut it, but it's also very possible that he was pressured into it or forced by his family due to the backlash against looking metal or the school's gendered dress codes. IDK if they will go there, but it would be interesting and on-brand if they did.
* Staying in for weeks due to covid followed by a prolonged winter storm where the sidewalks near me where not navigable for a week and a half has not been super awesome.
