Jan. 23rd, 2024 12:53 am* Can pixel and isometric tutorials please stop having intros like 'Pixel drawings are great for people who can't do art' or 'isometric isn't true perspective and is good for people who can't wrap their heads about even 1 point perspective'.

* Did a short walk. I am just dealing with like over a month inside and... yeah trying to feel like a human-shaped object again. So... many dumpsters and rolls of wrecked carpet and piled wet insulation. Portland did not weather this storm well.
Also, the convenience stores near me are closed because so many people couldn't get to grocery stores that the convenience stores became too low on stock to bother staying open, cost wise. I went out to a Plaid Pantry last night as the clerk was putting up the 'on a 30 minute break sign' and she was like 'yeah, we're actually closing for a few days'. But she let me scoot in to buy a few things.
Looks like some schools will be closed until mid-Feb for repairs.
