Sep. 28th, 2024 12:50 pm* I am still working on my prep for New Orleans. I have one big question left: do I dare fly without noise cancelling headphones? Especially with parents using ipads without headphones to deal with kids? Good ones are expensive and take up a chunk of packing space. Also, trying to navigate what brand I can rely on these days will eat up a chunk of time. I really don't want to spend the money, but might have regrets if I don't.
I'd say that behavior on planes is out of control these days, but really it has been my whole life. It's up to people to try to insulate themselves.
I'm at the point where if I want to buy/order anything for the trip I need to do it now.
* Hopefully, I can do a test packing Monday. I rarely fly, and when I do it's usually for a very short trip. So, I've got to do things like put some of my sunscreen lip balm - and a few other items - into travel containers.
