Episode 1 fizzled for me. I wasn't expecting it to be suddenly yaoi, but the ending felt weak. And the other guy? He just gets a cat and then has sex with his friend once a year? WTF?
Episode 2 is about social media execs having much more power than the police and riding roughshod over our governments. It's about untrained people with no oversight doing what they want. Yeah, that is about right. Amazing performance by Andrew Scott.
I really liked it. In a way it felt more like where social media control of things was 5-10 years ago and people didn't really realize it instead of Black Mirror's typical 'this is presented as the future but it's really now in either a metaphorical or concrete way' approach.
Episode 3 was a cute adventure story. A few things were wonky like Rachel still seemed alone at the end. Her idol was more like her sister than her. I assumed they would bond over everything, but she seemed sad and left out in that last scene. Also 'here's a song I wrote for my aunt' and then the song is a very, very recognizable cover?
