One reason I haven't been commenting on current events is that situations vary from city to city. The looting, Black Bloc actions, interference from white supremacist groups here is likely very different from, say, Minneapolis.
In other online spaces I've tried to stick to only commenting on the actions of white people because commenting on the actions of BIPOC is way, way out of my lane.
Black Lives Matter. Hopefully, I don't really need to say that. But people seem to find some comfort in the confirmation that those in their community feel that way. Black Lives Matter.
Trump is a disgusting, hate-poisoned piece of shit. I don't have any comments on his actions tonight because I am still struggling with the scale of it.
