Sunshine Challenge 4 - Green

So far this month I've been calling these challenges hard because most of my photography folders are stuffed with green, brown and blue. Today is green, can I bring it?

And can I manage some diversity of subject matter or is this going to be endless pictures of trees?









The bridge is also green, I totally have range!


I will be sad when they finally pave all the streets in this city:

I WANT TO GO HIKING NOW OKAY. That dirt road with the grass in the middle is probably my favorite of the bunch. It feels like the start of a story somehow. They're all so visually appealing, but that one really calls to me. Thank you for another lovely photoset!

I know where there are a few roads like that. They are on my to-shoot list. Hopefully next summer! I found that one during my city explorations.

I miss having a lot of green space around that's easily accessible. There are parks, but parks aren't quite the same thing as being on a trail with the trees.

(I also realize that I don't like the outdoors enough to want to be a lot around it, but a little every now and then would be nice.)

Those paths, trails, and bridges are shot very well.

Wait, cities can exist with unpaved streets?
That kinda blows my mind. Since I've grown up in a settlement so small it doens't even count as a village, cities are heavily assosciated with paving for me.

Oregon is bad at infrastructure. Portland is pushing to finish paving and I need to do a lot of shooting before that happens. Sadly, my plans to shoot them thoroughly this summer fell through.
