WTF Portland...?

Our Health Department gave us a Covid update, including deaths, in clown make up because it's Halloween.

I am very torn on this. On one hand, it's not appropriate. On the other hand it's so ... so ... I don't know but I nearly hurt myself laughing. To be clear Oregon Health Division, I am laughing at you, not with you.

My brain is broken after seeing that. Send help.
