As I suspected, going down 4 flights of stairs was hell. The few blocks after that sucked and then ... the problem almost completely went away.

I was worried about walking back up the stairs, but I realize when I was home and taking my shoes off that I hadn't even noticed my ankle while walking back up.

Anyway, I have anti-inflammatories, some expensive and nice smelling CBD muscle balm, lots of snacks so I don't have to walk back down to get food if the problems flairs back up, etc.

My ankle feeling better for having walked a mile on it pretty much confirms that this is either a really weird muscle spasm or whatever it's called when your body is out of wack and your muscles and tendons are thrown off. I have knee problems that can throw other connected body parts out of wack.

I am glad that this is a solvable problem. At a few points, walking on it hurt so badly that I had to do breathing exercises to keep from being nauseous from pain. Then an hour later it would be fine. But if having a lots of anti-inflammatories doesn't nuke this I will try telehealth.

Gload your ankle felt better and I hope it still is. Ankles are such fragile things.
