Maybe it was six? Somewhere in there. I was off doing reshoots again. Some of the things I wanted to shoot still existed, but the painting I wanted to reshoot on Clinton was gone. I really, really need to make sure I absolutely get the shot when I find something or reshoot immediately. Something I just shot a week ago is already partially hidden by a nearby plant growing... because plants are growing for some reason. Crocuses are popping up. Portland thinks it's spring.

I might start working on an article on shooting street art and yard art. 50% of it will be 'go hard to make sure you get the shot as soon as you find a thing'.

Evidently nature has decided that our calendar system is incorrect and has begun the spring process - or at least in Portland!

I think your emphasis on taking a picture straight-away is wise advice and applies to so many things. I do hope you have the opportunity to take more photos on your next walk :).
