Sometimes I take pretty photos of cute things:
Very cute, folksy, I love the contrast between yarn art and the metal fencing.
And this is awesome:
But a lot of the pictures I took yesterday involve spiders! My quarry that I walked 7 or so miles to get is Oogy Boogy ... or rather it's Trump pulling off his mask and blazer and revealing that he is Oogy Boogy. Because my standards for what is creepy and what is not tends to be very different from most people's I am going to put him and also the other finds from yesterday under a cut.
It was tricky to get the mask clear especially shooting at night:
Ever walk down a sidewalk under a giant spider wearing a mask and reindeer antlers?
He was hard to shoot with all the holiday lights and ornaments around:
And some of the ornaments were Coronaviruses:
Lots of good shots yesterday!
Portlanders really do tend to put out Halloween decorations, just add holiday decorations on top of them and then just leave them up. I have a few pics now of Halloween stuff that just got a santa hat or antlers added to it.
Now to do some work on my website and decide what to file as yard art and what to file as creepy.

And oh, that Trump as Oogie Boogie is SO good. Horrifying. But so good.
I LOVE the Christmas spider, and would like one to live in my apartment. (It looks like it's about the size of my apartment.)
