So, I was at a bar instead of my tax appointment today:

I do have a good reason why and also those are tasters, not normal glasses. I realized it's a bit hard to tell scale in that picture, especially since the water glass is also smol. I had the equivalent of 3/4ths of a pint of beer because I am a super lightweight these days.
H&R Block had a problem with their booking software so instead of allowing 1 person per appointment, it allowed infinite people to book each slot. So, I showed up to a mess. Tomorrow I am probably going to file an extension. Today, nothing could be done. So, I went photowalking.
First I went to the grocery store to get some ham and roast potatoes from the deli to have a little Easter meal in the park. Be out among the people! Nice idea but one side was homeless camps and the center was people orating about politics. I found a little bench away from the chaos. The potatoes turned out to be covered in raw garlic. I *think* the way current food trends are going that it was meant to be pickled garlic but they missed a step? I don't mind eating raw garlic, but it was a little odd to be eating minced raw garlic covered tubers.
Then I walked down Ankney and wound up at Ecliptic Brewing. That flight is a scotch ale, altbier, 3 stouts and a triple hopped barleywine. Then the bartender also brought me two mini-pours of other stouts. They have good stouts, but I like just their basic stout the best. Nice and smooth. I don't like stouts with fruit added, I think. If there is peach or raspberry I want it in a crisp/bitter lambic or sour.
The brewery is space themed so it's painted like the moon and they play Doctor Who on giant TVs.
Between migraines, hail, icey sidewalks, etc, I hadn't done a long photo walk in a while. I am beat and my feets are tired. It was good to get out. I am stressed over the tax stuff, but it is what it is.
