* The hype backlash has begun. I feel it in the water. I feel it... You know how when something you like gets popular at first it's like 'yay' and then you realize 'oh, wait, too big'? Yeah, rise of Eddie Munson, Steddie and also Joseph Quinn has been meteoric. The hype backlash against Millie Bobbie Brown still casts a shadow over discussions of the show. Anyway, as much fun as it's been, it's time to check out of the fandom a little. I failed to find a sane discord server, so, oh well. It's better that I just focus on my fics anyway.
That's why I had been trying to find a discord, to pull away from the wildlands of Tumblr.
* In about two weeks I'll start keeping an eye on the Steddie tag on AO3 to see if I can catch it hitting 6969. I mean, I amuse myself at least?
