Ah, that's right... my several years of cell phone photos have no organization, are a hot mess and I haven't been able to back up my iphone photos to my laptop since 2019. The current cords don't connect to laptops. I need to buy an adapter and I haven't yet. This is why I use Discord to pass photos to myself, but I don't keep those copies because of compression.

I did some work on trying to deal with all this today when I realized my folder for tumblr had nothing iphone in it. Though, looking through the pics there is extremely little that I'd post.

But I found this pic I'd been looking for:



My iPhone photo folders are also messed up because I had to transfer my camera photos to my iphone to post to Insta. Insta is such a fussy site. So much work, so little pay off. Anyway, I need to pull all the data from my phones and need to at least very broadly organize some of it.

The neverending organization is such a pain!

It's a pain, but sadly it is less work overall to be organized. Having a good system/workflow these days helps a lot.

That's the sort of thing that, when I find it, I've got to try to get a good picture :)

The organization definitely pays off! It's just *getting* there that's a pain.

And that is definitely worth getting a good picture of!
