Another view of Crochet Breakfast to feature the latest in anti-homeless design. Remember all the rocks and spikes people were upset about? What if... instead of things that look aggro we do hipstery raised beds? These are popping up in a lot of spots that have reliably had overnight homeless camping for the past few years. It's not horrible it's... it's... beautification! And plants!

I like the planters going up the painted wall.

But oooh, I do not like the "planters as anti-homeless architecture." Because I like planters and plants and seeing more of them! But using them in that way is awful and is much more insidious!

The werewoof is my favorite. <3

The planters are weird because they aren't being properly maintained. I don't think they are by the same agency that handles most of Portland's urban landscaping?

That is also weird and makes it seem that much more obvious that it's being done with ulterior motives/alternative intents. :/
