I was just thinking that I was in the groove of getting to where I play D&D, but then the bus got rerouted because of something going on with a bridge. Dunno what. We got way behind, but then the driver was zooming to catch up. I wasn't going to be late!
Then, in the home stretch, a fight broke out on the bus. I've never seen that before. Other people tried to ignore it, all pointedly looking at their phones. Not me, I flew out the back doors. I noped out of there so fast and just booked it the rest of the way. I saw the bus pass me after a bit, so maybe staying on the bus like everyone else would have been the right move?? Anyway, I somehow made it just in time, but was like sweaty and panting and needed to grab water.
