Finally finished!

I had a project where I went around to Portland's Gaming Cafes to take pictures and make an informational thread about them. I put off posting to the new year, since people tend to want to start new stuff in Jan, not Dec. I see a lot of people wanting to get into D&D, find community, etc, and also looking for exactly this, but like Covert Cafe doesn't appear in relevant google searches, I love Wyrd Mead but didn't know they had a D&D league, etc.

Hopefully, this thread does well... and doesn't end in nerds trying to litigate what is and isn't a gaming cafe because it doesn't really have a set definition and trying to shoot all our gaming stores would take months and over those months two more would pop up. I did the 'help out by adding info' tactic that Mukluk (GW2 content creator) uses to influence tone of replies.

I meant to do all this a week ago but with so many things going on personally and also current events my brain kept not wanting to organize the info. Anyway, yeah, going around all those places all over the city was one of my big December projects.

Very cool! I hope people find it helpful (and yes, don't get bogged down in weird nitpicky commentary or anything.)

Great images of the different locations, and hopefully a great resource - especially because it can be hard to find info about places like this, it sounds like.
