(no subject)

* I mentioned recently about how people trying to map Portland art projects doesn't work and how blowing up locations online kills them. Last night, I saw another that bit the dust. I did a short photowalk. I haven't pulled the pictures yet because because I got maybe 2 or 3, I'll process after a few more walks. Anyway, on my way back I passed a community sharing project that got blown on up reddit about a week ago and now is gone. Too many people wanted to go and 'share' in this community project.

Not everything in this world is fit for mass consumption. So many people hungry to take a bite out of anything that feel is hashtag-authentic... or I guess today people are chasing 'wholesome'. Hashtag-authentic is over, these days it's always 'omg so wholesome'.

Very glad I am not fully open about my locations. Sometimes I edit out house numbers and other things using careful cloning / blending / etc. Maybe I spend too many time and am overly careful, but I've never fucked up an art and/or community project someone had been running for years or cause people to take down their cool Halloween display.

I do like sharing info when possible / reasonable / etc.

* Oscars are tonight! Need to check later to see if any of my faves is wearing a fancy outfit I want to see. But, no more social media until I see the final episode of The Last Of Us!

And yay, now I can freely interact in the....nope, nope, nope, people posting TLOU2 spoilers in response to people talking about the show finale. Time to fire up that TLOU2 LP. TLOU is coming to Steam at the end of the month, but there is no date on a TLOU2 port.
