The trailer for the 90s reboot of Buckaroo Banzai has re-surfaced

The trailer for what would have been a beautiful trainwreck was posted by the animator on Vimeo. That tab will stay open on my computer until I figure out how to DL that thing.

A lot of old images, including scans of photos people owned and were possibly not online before, keep surfacing in the Buckaroo Banzai FB group.







A lot of my own file of TABB images are tiny, tiny old images. Like 200 pixel across images that were gold back in the day. I've never been able to work around whatever keeps me from being able to screencap the film myself.

It's too bad that 90s reboot never happened, and the other reboots never happened.

if you're running Chrome or Firefox, there are browser extensions for that; there's also 4K Video Downloader, a separate program

dunno if any of those work on mobile though

I just got at least a decent download of it from a Firefox downloader. I might poke at some others as well. I hadn't needed to do anything like that for years.
