After waiting nearly a full month for the support ticket, Hotels.com is denying me a full refund. They are only giving me a partial one. What the absolute heck? I nearly wound up stranded in Maine due to them. Then and their parent company Expedia can ef off forever. And I will make sure I never use them again. I am not the sort who flounces and then in back in a few months.
Erg, I wish I knew how to make a PR mess for them. I mean, them having customer service be a month behind is a big problem. This can't be just me a thing. This is beyond unacceptable.
