Cloudflare refuses to stop supporting Kiwi Farms with their services, so a lot of people are leaving them. We may have a some bumpiness over the weekend as DW leaves Cloudflare as part of the boycott.

She is the tech reporter for NBC news.
So, if shit starts happening, that's what's going on. DW is a small company so I doubt they are a target, but I kinda want to give a heads up so if you hear rumors or see outages you know what the context is. Also, fandom can panic sometimes but be vague about it which leads to worse panic. My intent is not to cause panic, but to provide context so if you start seeing people say weird shit you can figure out what they are on about.
If you don't know what Kiwi Farms is you've lead a better life than me. Basically, they obsessively track and 'document' people and are a most site for hosting doxxing information. They have a particular fixation for trying to SWAT and harass trans people.
Also, Cloudflare has recently clarified that they regret having dropped Stormfront as a client and should have supported them.

She was swatted and when she got to safety her new location got doxxed, then she went to Ireland and they found her again. She's trans, which you may have already guessed. Funny thing how the vast majority of people they get obsessed with have that in common.
