I now have three fics in the 'draft done, needs revising' pile.
Solid draft form:
* My Steddie fic involving 80s era media piracy. 10k. Needs title that doesn't suck.
* Leverage fic about AI. 600 words. Stupid, but I'll likely post it soon because why not?
* Steddie "Waiting for This". 7k. This is part of the thing where I plan to do some stand alone stories in a series so I can add to it and do a long story, without is ever being a WIP.
Stuff I've Started Posting But Are WIPS:
* Steddie 6+1. The ending is done and has been done. Just having some trouble with a middle chapter, not sure why
* Sharkskin. I need this done but honestly it's not on my mental radar right now. Probably will be able to stick a fork in it once other stuff is done.
Not Yet Solid Draft But... :
* Steddie Werewoof. I have a few thousand words of this that I love. I have a possible outline of how to end it... but I am not happy with that outline. I need to figure out what do.
* Steddie Snowed in. I think I have it mostly done, but there is this one emotional beat I am unhappy with. Though I bet if I opened it right now it would not be in as good of shape as I think it is. Isn't that always the way?
This may be one where I just need to push myself to post.
* Steddie FTM. I have a lot written a solid beat sheet. I waaaant to be working on this, but I also need other stuff done before I tackle it
Wait... I Was Going To Do This Right?
* Oh yeah... that fic that was totally going to be my longfic project in the new year... the one with ideas I really like and ... yeah, I am nowhere on this except for a few polished opening I really like.
I do have a bunch more WIPs and I may pick some back up. I don't need to finish every idea and sometimes writing a few thousand words on something is just good writing practice. I have a few thousand words of Steve dealing with having repressed his reaction to men because of years of locker rooms and communal showers and dealing with that, but it may or may not ever go anywhere.
Actually, I am going to tag this 'fanfic trello' and see if I start using these posts to be more organized. Some people actually use Trello to track their fic projects but I... can't.

It sounds like you have a LOT of projects that are actively progressing! I hope you find the inspiration you need for the ones giving you trouble on certain parts. (I HATE when that happens, and there's just one bit I'm not satisfied with.)

Date: 2023-03-12 05:28 am (UTC)From:A D&D campaign I am in is using Trello to track known info.
I usually get an idea and tunnel it until done. Stranger Things has just made a mess of me.
