Quantum Leap S2

Episode 1: Really good, I was impressed. Tight twists, good plot at the end. Really had me looking forward to how this season was going to go.

Episode 2: Oh hey, there's a love triangle.

Fuck. Unless this quickly becomes a situation where Ben has a bi awakening and suddenly they are a poly trio with new guy thirsting to finally meet his third in the flesh, super not interested. A nice slow burn where new guy has to be his hologram a few times for reasons and they just click. Is that too much to ask?

Ah, fuck.

To be honest, I was a little worried that this meant Addison was leaving the show so I'm really glad she's staying on. It took me awhile to warm up to her last season but now she's fantastic.

I kind of like that it made sense that Addison tried to move on and feels conflicted. The bit where she was right that Ben would just know? Ouch. It would be ridiculously awesome for it to be a bi poly trio, though. Maybe something Ian suggests?! That feels like an Ian thing to do.

It does make sense for Addison to move on, but love triangles suck.

Ian might suggest it, but I'd be shocked if the show went there. 3 of them clicking would be such lovely angst.
